Days 1 to 2 -
London - Johannesburg - Nylstroom (230km)

Overnight flight from London Heathrow and touch down at Johannesburg International Airport. Transfer to our safari partners office. Complete all the necessary paperwork with the aid of one of the helpful staff and you will be briefed on all the vehicle’s facilities. We then leave for a lodge in the Waterberg just outside Nylstroom (Modimolle). (Approximately 230 km)

Day 3 -
Cross the immortal Limpopo River
|
We cross the immortal Limpopo River at the Martins Drift Border Post and enter Botswana. We traverse sun-baked landscape to the Khama Rhino Sanctuary near Serowe. Home for more than half of Botswana’s rhino population, we will seek them out in an afternoon game drive. Overnight at the Sanctuary. (Approximately 400 km)

Day 4 -
CAMP IN THE NAXI PAN NATIONAL PARK
|
We continue our safari delving deeper into the Kalahari heading in a north-westerly direction. Far from civilization, we make our camp in the Nxai Pan National Park which forms part of the Makgadikgadi Pans. (Approximately 465 km) We will attend to the off-road driving abilities of your vehicle and yourself as and when we encounter the different driving environments en-route.

Day 5 -
Brunch at the famous Baines Baobabs
|
After an early morning game drive we head back south to have brunch at the famous Baines Baobabs. We continue to Maun, on the edge of the Okavango Delta. We stock up on fuel and drinks for the next couple of days. Our camp is at one of the campsites, just outside town on the edge of the river. (Approximately 310 km). In Maun, you have the option to take a scenic flight over the Delta during the afternoon, do some shopping or just relax at the pool.

Day 6 -
GAME VIEWING EN-ROUTE TO MOREMI
|
Early morning we head for Moremi Game Reserve in the Okavango Delta. We have ample time for game viewing en-route to Moremi. We overnight at one of the remote campsites. (Approximately 130km).

Day 7 -
Spend the day game viewing
|
We spend the day game viewing on our way to our next campsite in Moremi. (Approximately 60km). You have the option to go on a boat ride deep into the Okavango Delta.

Day 8 -
Enter Chobe National Park
|
Our drive today takes us north to the Mababe Depression and we enter Chobe National Park at the Mababe gate. Next, we travel further north to the Savuti campsite. During the day there is ample time for game viewing en-route. (Approximately 180km).

Day 9 -
Camp on the Chobe River bank
|
Today we continue to travel north through the Chobe Forest Reserve to Ihaha where we camp on the Chobe River bank after a game drive along the river. (Approximately 140km).

Day 10 -
VISIT THE INCOMPARABLE VICTORIA FALLS
|
A game drive takes us out of the Park to Kasane. After restocking our supplies, we travel through the Zambian border to arrive in Livingstone at about 13h00. Here you can enjoy the afternoon visiting the incomparable Victorian Falls and other optional attractions. We camp at one of the camp sites close to the Falls. (Approximately 130 km).

Day 11 -
Return to Kasane in Botswana
|
You have the whole morning at leisure to explore the town or you can participate in any of the numerous activities. For example: bungy jumping, river cruises on the Zambezi, helicopter trips, half day canoe safaris, etc. Early afternoon, we return to Kasane in Botswana, to our campsite on the banks of the Chobe River. (Approximately 90 km). You have the option to join a sunset boat cruise on the Chobe River to see the animals as they come to drink.

Day 12 -
Camp close to the shoreline of the Makgadigadi Pans
|
We head south past Nata and on to Kubu Island. Kubu Island is close to the shoreline of the Makgadigadi Pans which was once Africa's biggest inland lake. To camp out here, in this vast area of absolute nothingness, is an unforgettable experience. (Approximately 390km).

Day 13 -
Overnight in a lodge
|
Today we travel further south past Letlhakane and Serowe to our last overnight stop close to the South African border. We overnight in a lodge. Dinner, bed and breakfast are included. (Approximately 450 km).

Days 14 to 15 -
Return our vehicles for the flight home
|
Today we travel south east through the Limpopo Province of South Africa to arrive around 15h00 at our office where we return our vehicles. (Approximately 450 km). Time to say your goodbyes and head to the Airport for your overnight flight back to the UK.
